In accordance with current regulations, we are obliged to inform you about our approach to verifying the authenticity of reviews.

As part of our policy of openness, we do not verify whether the person publishing a review has actually purchased or used the given product from our store.

What does this mean in practice?

We do not conduct an active process to check if the author of a review is our customer. This means we cannot guarantee that every review comes from a consumer who has actually purchased or used the product.

This decision stems from our belief that experience with a product can come from various sources – someone might have received it as a gift, used it at a friend’s place, or purchased it elsewhere, yet still wish to share their valuable perspective with our community. Limiting the ability to comment only to those who have made a purchase from us would close the door to many insightful observations.

How to use reviews wisely?

We encourage you to treat the review section as a discussion forum and to read the opinions consciously. To make the best use of the available reviews, we suggest the following:

• Pay attention to details: The most helpful reviews are those that describe specific product features, its pros, and cons in practical use.
• Read a variety of reviews: Comparing several reviews, both positive and negative, provides a more comprehensive view of the product.
• Use common sense: If a review seems extremely biased or generic, it is wise to approach it with greater caution.
