Right of withdrawal

1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
2. The right to withdraw expires 14 days from the date you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire possession of the last batch or part of the ordered goods.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Club 27 Poland Sp. z o.o. by making an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw:
   • via email to: sklep@crimston.pl or
   • by mailing to the company registered office: Club 27 Poland Sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 123a, 02-017 Warsaw.
     Together with the statement, please send the completely filled-out and signed goods return form, which you can download below.
4. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day period.
5. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
6. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
7. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
8. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
