Sparkling 0% Rosé is a pink, completely alcohol-free, organic sparkling wine. Traditionally, non-alcoholic wines are made from natural wine, through dealcoholization. Unfortunately, this process leaves some trace amounts of alcohol, plus there is often a loss of flavor. In the production process of Sparkling 0% Rosé, no alcohol is allowed to form. Carbon dioxide of natural origin is added to the must of organic white grapes, in which alcoholic fermentation does not begin under the influence of cold. The result is a 100 percent alcohol-free wine with full flavor.

A captivating wine in shades of light pink with copper highlights. It was created on the basis of one of the most noble grape varieties which is glera from the Veneto region of Italy. Perceptible pleasant notes of pomegranate, cherry, raspberry, mixed with fresh sensations of wild black cherry. Characterized by a sweet taste, pleasantly effervescent on the palate, with good balance. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with light desserts.
