What is Crimston company?
Crimston Ltd. is an alcohol distributor cooperating on the Polish market. Crimston firm is engaged in the wholesale distribution of spirits and non-alcoholic beverages while having the exclusive right to distribute selected premium alcohol brands in terms of import, distribution and brand management of these alcohol brands in Poland. One of Crimston’s activities is the Crimston Spirits online store, where you can buy alcohol online, of which Crimston is the exclusive distributor.
Are products from the online store also available in stationary stores?
Yes. All products from the Crimston Spirits online store can be purchased both online and in stores. The list of stores selling our products is currently limited (however, we are working to include as many as possible), but all alcohols can be purchased directly on site at the Crimston Spirits sales point at al. Jerozolimskie 123A, 02-017 Warszawa. If you can’t visit us in person though, feel free to use our online store and buy alcohol online.
How do I collect the products purchased in the online store?
In case a personal collection has been selected when placing an order, please visit our Crimston Spirits sales point at al. Jerozolimskie 123A, 02-017 Warszawa, 10:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri). We encourage you to confirm your visit in advance, preferably by phone +48 793 016 027 or e-mail sklep@crimston.pl.
What delivery options do you offer?
Currently, we offer delivery via the UPS courier company. In addition, we offer the possibility of personal collection of online orders at our Crimston Spirits sales point at: al. Jerozolimskie 123A, 02-017 Warszawa. More details can be found in the Shipping and delivery section.
Are there any discounts or promotions available?
Yes, from time to time, there are special discount codes in the store that allow you to buy alcohol in lower prices! We recommend following our social media to stay up to date with our promotions.
Are there any discounts for B2B purchases and bulk orders?
When it comes to wholesale and B2B orders, we advise you to contact Crimston sales representative by e-mail: aleksander.g@crimston.pl or by phone: +48 512 569 456. We will be happy to provide you an individual price offer based on the volume of the order and the type of bussiness.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods – electronic payment system PayU, including: BLIK payment, fast electronic transfers, payment by debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard), as well as traditional bank transfer.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not. We offer shipping only within Poland.
Is there a minimum order value requirement?
No, there are no minimum order value requirements in our store. However, it is worth considering benefits when ordering more products – we offer free delivery for all orders above 600,00 PLN gross.
Are all spirits and beverages in Crimston online shop available in stock?
Yes, all products from our online store are available in our warehouses and ready for shipment. If a product is out of stock, you will be informed on the product page that the product is temporarily out of stock.
How long does it take for products to be delivered?
The shipping time, (time that we need to prepare your order) is a maximum of 2 business days (we always try our best to make it faster though) from the moment of placing and paying for the order. Then courier delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
According to the regulations of the Crimston Spirits online store, products can be returned within 14 days from the moment the package is delivered to the customer. Please read our regulations in the Return policy section.
Where can I track my order?
After placing an order in the Crimston Spirits online store, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of purchase and a tracking number, which will allow you to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Are there any age restrictions on purchasing alcoholic beverages online?
Yes, in accordance with Polish law, all spirits and beverages containing alcohol (ethanol) can be purchased (also online) only by adults over 18 years old.
Do you offer a gift-wrapping option?
Some alcohol products in the Crimston Spirits online store can be purchased with an original branded gift box. Before making a purchase, please check whether the products you are interested in, have already gift box included. Among such sets, you will find Lamborghini wines, some of them also packed in sets with glasses or in noble wooden boxes. Other interesting sets include those with premium Italian Portofino Dry Gin or Jumping Goat coffee liqueur in a set with orange cups. We encourage you to check out the entire offer of alcohol sold in gift boxes and gift sets.
Can I buy a gift card for your online store?
It is currently not possible to purchase a gift card in the Crimston Spirits online store. If you are very interested in such a solution, please contact our team and we will certainly prepare a convenient solution for you.
Are there any additional shipping fees?

Can I cancel my order?
Cancelling of the order is possible only if the parcel has not yet been picked up by the courier. If the parcel has not been shipped, please send a request to cancel your purchase to our e-mail address: sklep@crimston.pl.

I am organizing a wedding, can I get a special price offer for such occasion?

Can I get a VAT invoice for my purchase?
Yes, of course. Just please remember to fill the company details at the checkout, including NIP (or VAT number) of the company when placing the order.
Are orders delivered in a discreet package with no markings about the contents?
The parcel looks neutral, but due to logistic reasons it may contain information suggesting the contents, such as a shipping label.

Are the spirits offered in your shop premium and exclusive?
All spirits offered in the Crimston Spirits online store are considered as premium alcohol. They are artisanal products, made of the best quality ingredients, some of brands are family-run businesses, passed on from generation to generation. Therefore, our spirits are the result of exceptional recipes, natural and unique ingredients, as well as many years of experience and passion, which translate into an extremely precise production process, where each batch is carefully checked in relation to its taste and quality.
Can I find popular alcohol brands in your online shop?
Crimston Spirits offers a selection of the most unique alcoholic beverages, being exclusively distributed in Poland by Crimston. Of course, we offer other popular alcohol brands available in supermarkets and liquor stores, however, they are available for order only by e-mail: aleksander.g@crimston.pl.

Some of the spirits offered in the Crimston Spirits online store are limited edition products, with a limited number of units available for sale.

Are Lamborghini wines original?
Yes, Tenuta Lamborghini is a wine brand founded by Ferruccio Lamborghini, the famous manufacturer of iconic and luxurious cars of the same name. In the 1960s, after his retirement, F. Lamborghini decided to go back to his roots: being a farmer. The Lamborghini estate lies between the south side of the Trasimeno lake and the beautiful medieval village of Panicale. The property was purchased in the 60’s by Ferruccio Lamborghini who, travelling in this area, fell in love with the softrolling hills landscape. The vineyard, located in a picturesque region on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, produces unique wines recognized around the world under the Lamborghini brand. In the middle of the 90’s Patrizia Lamborghini succeeded in the management of the estate pursuing, and even strengthening that ambition of making quality wines that her father had in the past.
Do you have in stock cognac XXO?
Yes, Crimston Spirits is the exclusive importer and distributor of Pierre Vallet XXO cognac. It is a super premium French cognac with a minimum aging period of 14 years. The XXO category, translated as “extra extra old”, is relatively new cognac classification introduced in 2018.
How much does Pierre Vallet XXO cognac cost?

What is the price of Pampelle Aperitif?
The retail price of a single bottle of Pampelle Aperitif 0,7l in the Crimston Spirits store is 112,00 PLN. On top of that, Pampelle is also available to purchase in a unique and high quality packaging, which may perfectly serve as a gift. The cost of a bottle of Pampelle in a gift box is 128,00 PLN.
Is there any discount on a bottle of Pampelle Aperitif?
Unfortunately not. Discounts may be provided for wholesale orders and for B2B customers. The exception are occasions when we provide a discount code valid in the online store for selected or all products from the online store.

What is a Magnum bottle?
A Magnum bottle usually contains 1.5 liters of wine and is equal to 2 classic bottles of wine. Crimston’s offer includes Lamborghini Extra Dry Prosecco D.O.C. 1,5l with an orange gift box.
What is a Jeroboam bottle?
Jeroboam is a bottle of alcohol with a capacity twice as large as Magnum (i.e. 4 classic bottles of wine). It usually contains 3 liters of alcohol. One of such bottles in the Crimston Spirits online store is sparkling wine Lamborghini Brut Gold Jeroboam 3l with a wooden, black box.
Do you sell a non-alcoholic wine?
Yes, you can buy Lamborghini Sparkling 0% Rosé 0,75l in the Crimston Spirits online store.

What is the price of Lamborghini wines?
Prices of Lamborghini wines in the Crimston Spirits online store range from 49,00 to 1990,00 PLN and depend on the type of wine, bottle capacity and variant (bottle alone or in a set).
How to properly store alcohol at home?
Here are some tips for storing alcohol:
Temperature: Alcohol should be stored in places with a stable temperature. The ideal temperature depends on the type of alcohol, but in general it is suggested to keep temperature between 15 and 20 Celsius degrees (for wines, the optimal temperature is between 14 and 16 Celsius degrees). Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Light: Alcohol is sensitive to light, especially UV radiation. Keep alcohol bottles away from direct sunlight, preferably in a dry and dark place, such as a closed cabinet or basement.
Bottle position: Bottles of most alcohols can be successfully stored in a vertical position. The exception, however, are wines, especially those with a cork made of a natural material, such as a wood cork – such wines should be stored in a horizontal position.
