Portofino Dry Gin features 21 botanicals, each one carefully selected for its natural aromatic properties. Juniper, lemons, lavender, rosemary, marjoram, sage, iris and rose are organically grown in our botanical sanctuary on the hills of Portofino and combined with locally handpicked ingredients to complete our gin’s secret recipe. However, after opening the bottle, you can immediately feel the notes of: juniper, lemon, lavender, rose, rosemary, marjoram, sage or iris.

Produced at an antique Italia distillery located a short distance from our estate, each batch of Portofino Dry Gin is made using a combination of traditional and innovative methods: from an old Italian copper pot still used to distil local liqueur and grappa to a state-of-the-art technology that produces vacuum distillation, preserving the aromas from our most delicate botanicals.
