Shipping and delivery
Courier delivery
- Shipments are made only within Poland.
- Shipping time is up to 2 business days (although we try to do it faster and it is usually 1 business day) from the moment we receive payment for the Order until it is shipped.
- In the case of payment by transfer or fast online payment, the parcel will be sent immediately after reflecting money in our bank account or after receiving the transfer confirmation sent by e-mail to sklep@crimston.pl.
- Parcels are delivered by an external courier company – delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment and recipient’s address. Estimated delivery time is 2 business days, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Parcels are sent and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Personal collection
- Personal pickup is available at the Crimston Spirits stationary point of sale at:

Opening hours: Mon – Fri | 10:00-17:00 - To collect the order, we are kindly asking you to contact the Seller by phone +48 793 016 027 or by e-mail sklep@crimston.pl to arrange the date and time of collection of the Order.
- In case of personal collection, the Goods will be ready for collection by the Customer within up to 2 business days (usually faster though). The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller when the Goods are ready for collection by sending an appropriate e-mail to the Customer’s e-mail address provided when placing the Order.
Shipping cost
- The cost of courier delivery up to 20 kg – 25,00 PLN gross
- Personal pickup at the Crimston Spirits sales point in Warsaw – free
- Free delivery for orders above 600,00 PLN gross.
- The shipping cost includes the cost of insurance for the ordered Goods.

Power of Attorney Regulations
§ 1
- Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit not being a legal entity, to whom special provisions grant legal capacity, placing an Order within the electronic order placement platform.
- Civil Code – the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).
- Regulations – a document referred to in Article 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services, which specifies the rules of operation of the Proxy for the collection of Goods from the Store.
- Store – a stationary sales point located in Warsaw, at Al. Jerozolimskie 123a, where Orders can be placed using the electronic platform available at www.sklep.crimston.pl, run by Club 27 Poland Sp. z o. o.
- Goods – products presented on the electronic platform, which can be purchased in the Store.
- Sales Agreement – a sales agreement for Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Club 27 Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, in Warsaw, and the Customer, carried out in the Store located in Warsaw at Al. Jerozolimskie 123a.
- Consumer Rights Act – the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).
- Act on the provision of electronic services – the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
- Order – the Customer’s declaration of will, aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement in the Store, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Goods.
- Electronic platform – an electronic platform for placing orders in the Store, operated at www.sklep.crimston.pl.
- Proxy – a person to whom the Customer has granted authority to collect Goods on their behalf from the Store and/or to make payment for the Goods.
§ 2
- The Regulations specify the rules for granting authorization to the Proxy to collect Goods ordered using the Electronic Platform located at www.sklep.crimston.pl and for delivering the Goods to the Customer.
- The Proxy is a separate entity from Club 27 Poland Sp. z o.o. and acts on behalf of the Customer.
- The Proxy may only act on behalf of a Customer who is at least 18 years old. The Proxy will not deliver Goods to a person whose behavior suggests that they are intoxicated.
- The Proxy does not conclude a Sales Agreement for the Goods.
- These regulations are available on the main page of the Electronic Platform. It can be downloaded and printed.
- The Sales Agreement for the Goods is concluded and executed exclusively in the Store.
- In order to use the activities performed by the Proxy, correct registration on the Electronic Platform on the terms specified in its regulations is a prerequisite, after agreeing to its content and providing the required data.
- The Customer authorizes the Proxy to process their personal data for the purpose of executing the authorization.
§ 3
- The Proxy’s actions consist of collecting Goods in the Store and delivering them to the address specified by the Customer.
- The Customer authorizes Club 27 Poland to release the Goods purchased by the Customer to the Proxy.
- The Proxy will deliver the purchased Goods by courier or in another manner agreed upon with the Customer.
- Delivery costs will be indicated when placing an Order on the Electronic Platform. The amount of the Proxy’s fee for executing the authorization is provided in Polish zlotys and includes all components, including VAT and all other fees. The Customer pays the Proxy’s fee along with the payment for the Goods purchased in the Store, in the manner indicated there and chosen by the Customer. At the same time, the Customer authorizes the Proxy to collect the fee from Club 27 Poland Sp. z o.o.
- The Proxy will fulfill the delivery within a period of up to 3 business days from the date of collecting the Goods from the Store.
- The Proxy may act on their own behalf and on behalf of the Customer, as well as directly on behalf of the Customer, depending on their choice.
§ 4
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the collection of Goods by the Proxy until the Goods are sent to them. In such a case, the Goods will be handed over at the Store.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, a relevant statement must be submitted via email: sklep@crimston.pl.
- After submitting the statement before sending the Goods, the Customer will be refunded the amount constituting the Proxy’s fee. The refund will be made in the same manner in which the Customer made the payment.
§ 5
- Resolving any disputes arising between the Proxy and the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code is subject to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
- Resolving any disputes arising between the Proxy and the Customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code is subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Proxy’s registered office.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable Polish law provisions shall apply.
§ 6
By accepting the Regulations, the Customer:
- Consents to the processing of their personal data contained in the submitted Order for the purposes necessary to execute the concluded agreement – in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
- Declares that they have read the Information Clause regarding the processing of their personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
